Very useful! You can use this AUX cable to plug your cel phone into old Kenwood CD-player stereos even if they don't have an 3.5mm auxiliary port, using the 13-pin DIN cable! It connects by the 13-pin port in the back of the stereo! Boom, instant music from the modern cel phone in the classic car! 😎 Read below for compatibility details! ("PXA05" refers to this model of peripheral cable) Check to see if the radio manual says AUX input is possible using an adaptor (it should say KCA-S210A or CA-C1AX). If it does then the PXA05 should work great for you! Plugs into the back of the stereo into the CD changer/accessory port. This cable provides 3.5mm/RCA Auxiliary audio input for many 1990s and 2000s Kenwood car stereos Allows you to connect to the stereo by 3.5mm AUX/auxiliary or RCA (red/white) You must set the radio to "AUX" in menu options for the PXA05 to function ("AUX/AUX" should display on screen) If a CD-changer (or satellite receiver or any other device) is occupying the 13-pin accessory port you will be unable to connect the PXA05 The PXA05 can be used in place of Kenwood’s CA-C1AUX.
